brake drum question...

i have an early quick change that takes 39 drums 2 in by 12 in wide 5 pattern does anyone have any to sell or know of any dealers or is there a backing plate that is 12 and has a one inch offset so i can run a 3 in wide 5 nascar drum

are the axels floater 3/4 ton truck type where the hub and brake drum is on a spindel and the axels slide in or pass car where the weight of the car is on the axel
