Last year I heard a story about a truck and trailer that was stored inside for many years. They dont know what it is. They dont know anything about old cars. It appears to be a 1931 Chevy 1 1/2 ton. It is in excellent untouched condition. It is a short wheelbase with single rear wheels. The fascinating part is the 16' long trailer. This is an early tractor-trailer! I have never seen another except in magazines. The trailer has single rear wheels too. It almost all wood and is in excellent condition. The really odd part about the trailer is the rear springs. There is two springs and they are transverse mounted. After being stored inside for 50 years, this is sitting outside, under a plastic sheet, collecting condensate. I have many ol cars and can not take on any more but I sure hate to see this sitting in the weather.
