noisy 3 speed

I plan on pulling it apart but I wondering if anyone has an idea whats going on with it?
It makes a clunking sound going from 1st to 2nd.It
might be when it's coming out of first.
2nd to 3rd is fine.Any idea?

Any noise or 'clunking'in 1st or rev.? If so a chipped tooth may be the culprit.

Sound's to me that it could be some endplay problem.
But when you take it apart you may see the problem easier
