Ok, Ok. Before you guys just poopoo classical gas, I know their reptation. But, during a recent browse through their updated site, I found this:
http://www.classicalgasstation.com/1471a.htm
Now, all prejudices aside, would this make a great kustom project or what?!?
Thanks,
Crew
Saw a 71 boattail on eBay that had been slicked out. Lowered, shaved, custom rims. Looked good, considering that a 71 isn't really considered "custom" material.

I dunno. Remove bumpers, shave as much as possible, make straight pull grilles for front and rear...

Youd be able to hang with the lowrider crowd. Make a custom out of whatever the hell you want. I've never seen a chopped boat tail before everything looks good chopped. Shave and slam it.

Two ideas:
1. Dark brown flaked shaved body w/ rootbeer flaked roof and boat tail. Some 17 inch Daytons w/ pinner whites and a slam. Kind of an updated low.
2. Single colored candy w/ 17 inch Torq thrusts, good tires, and a slam. A little more modern, but would fit the car well.
No flat black w/ red wheels for God's sake. It's fine for trad. stuff...but not fine for everything.
