Goodwood Web Site (http://www.goodwood.co.uk/fos/) has all the info on the event, as well as the revival meet later in the year.

I went to it for the 1st 9 years, then moved here to California, and missed the 10th Anniversary one. I used to work there during the event doing crowd control with several friends from my old car club. It was cool, got to meet Junior Johnson, Bob Riggle & see the Hemi under glass, Dick Landy, Mario Andretti, Emmerson Fittipaldi, Barry Sheene (RIP), looked after Phil Hill for a couple of hours last time I was there, what a cool guy http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif plus hundreds of others...Oh and hang out with some of the greatest cars ever built....

Sat in the Pierson Bros Coupe, pushed the Barney Navarro roadster round the paddock, saw the Flint Roadster as well as the So-Cal tank & met Alex there too!

Go do it....you won't regret it. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Walt: hell yes you can hide in my suitcase, provided your only 2'3" tall and tip the scales at 35lbs?. i can't lug more than that much around. i just gotta do my homework now.
if you want to go to Bonneville this august, just jump in the back of my merc. pickup, or hang onto the trailer.

Looks like I'm going to have to cut off my legs. Oh well, it'll be worth it.
