Thread subscriptions

Do they expire? I did a search but nothing useful came up. I subscribe to certain threads because they contain info that I want to retain. I've seen at least one member here mention that some of his subscribed threads had disappeared. I've had this problem myself on other forums and don't wish for a repeat here. Thanks.

I don't think subscriptions expire and pretty sure the main board doesn't get pruned.

The classifieds do though...

Could be the post you can't locate was deleted for some reason...

That's good news. I haven't had any expire here yet but was just concerned. This is because I'd experienced it elsewhere and also had seen it mentioned here by someone. Thanks a bunch.
