Good luck with that - the Harrington cops are know to be dicks. I'd try to find a way of throwing on some cheapie mufflers to get you there and back.

For anyone new to the area, the small towns in lower DE along Rt. 13 (the main north-south route) make lots of their money from speeding tickets:mad:. So if it says 35 MPH, do 35 or less. Not 36, definitely not 40. The will stand on the road with a radar gun and flag you down - they have 6 or 10 cars stopped sometimes, they literally can't write the tickets fast enough.
