1939 chevy tube shock brackets

does anyone out there know where you could buy a bolt on tubue shock bracket kit for original ifs on a 39 chevy.the friction shocks conected to the upper a-arms . or maybe a hint or two on what You used in the past or present on you car that would help me.

They aren't friction shocks, they're hydraulic lever shocks and thye might just need fluid to work just fine.
Put some hydraulic fluid in the filler, there's a screw in plug in it on top.
If it leaks out a lever shaft seal fill it again, this time with some Automatic transmissio conditioner/sealer.

thanks for the tip.i had also had a local guy tell me to use a thicker weight oil like 75w90 gear oil to firm up the shock.do you think that would work?
