Thought I would throw up some pictures of the progress of my cowl steering system on the 29 Tudor.
I found that a 36 37 Pontiac and Chevy column and box work great for this since the bolts face left and would also work well if you were to mount it on the frame like a F1 setup. I will be using a 37 Plymouth or 37 Dodge shaft which is the same pattern as a early Ford pitman arm to extend the horizontal steering shaft.
I still need to finish welding and place some gussets and brackets to strengthen it but here it is.
