new guy here *model builder* rod & custom lover

hey all, my name is Bob Black and i am 33 years old. i have worked on a lot of cars over the years , but i don't claim to be a pro....i just can't stay away from them! i have known about this forum for some time now, but i never knew there was model builders here. i know some of you guys that have 1:1 cars by the way.

since i am new, can you guys give me any tips about this forum and where is this "sunday model show" i heard about? :D

The Sunday model show sometimes starts on Sat if some of our brothers down under do the starting. Just watch for it on the main board.

Welcome aboard friend! I would be willing to bet the large majority of hotrodders began their interest by building model cars. I've always considered model building 101 as the basic foundation of my creativity and mechanical skills. Enjoy this board! There are hosts of resources and fellow hotrodders to render advice and assistance in whatever projects (including model cars) you may bring to the board! Good Luck in all of your future endeavors!
