Five minutes into it and it looks pretty good.
They are restoring the Barris Van back to "SuperVan".
It's on SPEED, Started at 7pm est.
Rest of the show blows tho.

Yeah, now theyre putting a mega stereo in a Ranger PU.
Oh well, it's kind of like a train wreck...I'll see how bad it gets.
Getting better. Granted, it's going on a 92 Suburban but...they are actually building control arms.

It's mostly latemodel stuff,
not nearly as bad as the infomercials on SpikeTV.
And NO yelling. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

They do too many cars at once, only show like 3 minutes for each project. go get a beer and miss 2 cars. I didn't care for it...To

So, can we go to the website and give them feedback?
At least they didn't go for the drama B/S.

But by the same token,I wouldn't want to watch a complete half hour show on
rebuilding a Subaru gearbox,or rebuilding a stock 318.
MUCH better than some of the high profile Docu-dramas.

Some segments of that show are filmed where I live. The guy last night who was building the control arms for the Suburban also built the Must II IFS and upper and lower control arms for my coupe. He is a very talented fabricator who has an understanding of suspension geometry like no one I have ever met.
The technique of taping though is bizarre. Too much jumping around, switching from B&W to color.
