View Full Version : Anyone Other People Have Their Room Changed??

I just got an email from the Ramada saying they are doing a remodel. Due to this, my rooms have been moved to the Days Inn. Anyone else get this email? I guess it's not that big of a deal since it's still walking distance to the Ramada, but you would of thought they would have taken this into consideration earlier.

No e-mail, but I did get a phone call telling me I was moved. She was real nice about it, apparently some of the furniture and carpets are on a truck setting back east and will not be there in time.

Yep, and I may have an extra room for someone. I am staying at the Motel 6 down the street this year.

I just called and still at the Ramada.

I'm in a King, no-smoking room. I guess TZ will have to wake up with me spooning him.

I have an extra room with two double beds. I had some guys back out, so it's still reserved. It's at the Days Inn. I'll keep it until Wed evening. If snatches it up, I'll just call and cancel it.

Still got mine at Ramada, lucky me:). I have a 2 double non smoking, and may have a spare bed if needed by a fellow HAMBer?? Won't know fer sure untill thurs though. My rider may not be able to make it.

I may have offered a few of them beer last year... I was dragging a couple of coolers full of beer around the parking lot offering to everyone and anyone....

Yeah, and it's just a short walk, or so they said. Do they offer a shuttle service?

i called the ramada tonight and confirmed that the room IS at the hotel and not someplace else... i dont wanna need to stagger around lookin for my room at 5am let alone wonder where the hell i left my hotel!

I just found out we are being moved to the Days Inn too!

No big deal, I guess... but really liked the Ramada for home base.

It's really no big deal, but I could barely find my room last year when I was at the Ramada. Now I'll have to wander down the street
