Questions about juice brakes

I just picked up a 38 model A front end and it looks to have mechanical brakes. Anybody have any info on what I need to do to go to juice brakes. Can I use the same spindle? What can I get brakes from? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did you mean a 28 front end?
