You don't need to shrink an avitar if you host it on your own site.

It will be somewhat distorted though as it is not square.

I have posted it in my PhotoBucket...

Just copy and paste that into the "URL to your pic", not the "Upload your pic" in your profile and you're good to go.

Let me know if you can't live with the distortion and I can trim it down to square.

You will lose some bumper, wheel or both.
