I'm going to run at least one pass on my radir 8.20 15 slicks and was wondering about what p.s.i. I should run. The car is 3200 pounds and has an auto.

I did a post a few days ago about getting cheaters to hook. Many ideas tossed out to try. Nothing worked for me with mine. Got some new MT slicks waiting to get mounted.

I was afraid of that. So like you I've got a set of slicks as well, just thought it be kinda cool to try an run the ol radirs. I'll probably still make one pass with them then swap over to my others.

guys please note on the old tires that they are very heavy and the rotating inertia is extreme so when you do a burn out and the let out of it and it hooks it is a bit violent, make sure your lug studs are tight and especilly so if you have any spacers or magnesium wheels, as they can and will break wheel studs and again especially standard studs. just a note.. be careful ................this happened when it hit second gear, suspect loose lug nuts a tad...

I run 10-12 psi in my Radirs @ temp. 8 pounds & the tire moves on the rim.
