Trying to get all my parts in for my studebaker, and dam its gonna a close one. I'm wanting to have it to the track in sallisaw the 11th. I just want to make a few shake down runs and get some of the bugs worked out before the trip to mokan.Still waiting for my rotating assembly to show up, then the final bore and hone on my block can happen.Then its just the simple task of bolting it all together. Looks like I'll be spending a few hours in the shop this weekend. Crap I forgot to order my slicks. I guess that'll be put on the ol to do list. Its a crap load of work but I'm going to have a blast. Well guess I better get back to parts cleanin. Just keep your eyes peeled for the bullet nose Studebaker with the driver that has the biggest grin ever and that'll be me! Stop by and say hello, I might need some extra friends to push the car if it breaks!!!

I hail from the McAlester region. I would love to go to the track with you fellers. Does the guy with the black willys truck run with ya much?
Hopefully I can get mt heap back together this weekend, or atleast get the engine and trans set in the car.

that is ross , he is a regular from here in okc....we go to the same old hot rod guy lunch every fri in capitol hill...
