A couple I did this week:the tailgate of a pretty rapid S-10,an ashtray for something(the guy mailed it to me),and an F-250 that I didn't think was going to fit in the garage(it barely cleared).

Safariknut,
That truck door is a really neat design. I think that pinstriping on newer vehicles sometimes looks strange....
That design there is really neat. It looks old style, yet it seems to fit in with the theme of the newer vehicle....
Is that your design, or did the owner suggest it? I dig it big time.
Cool stuff everyone...
LETS SEE SOME MORE ART! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Actually he just dropped the truck off one afternoon, told me he wanted silver and black to match the lettring, and asked when he could pick it up.
The design is really kind of simple;it's a variation on the 55 Pontiac side trim done in striping. The angles are made with a 30/60/90 triangle with curves added. The three loops simulate the raised portions of the actual trim.I had to do it slightly different on either back side because of the angled lettering.See attached pic for design of sidetrim.

Neat stuff!! So impressed by the striping...I'd never have a steady enough hand for that! Even my attempts at drawing flames need lots of work!
And that coffin shifter box is sweet!
Here's my '49 Ford model...1/25th scale. Had a thread started on it, but no one checked it out much or posted replies.

These are just some cheap ass shit pics I took. What I wanted to show of here was a friends art work. this is one of Bo Huff's projects. These pictures don't even come close to doing it justice. Sorry no other shots of the car. I just pushed it a little out of the paint booth to snap a picture ot two.
This has got to be one of the best lookin Merc's!

60's read something once that went like this. 'You always make time for the tings you enjoy doing' only problem with that theory is sometimes we don't always enjoy doing the things we love, for what ever reasons.
