Hey guys!

I'm new here and hope that you won't go too hard on me because of who my dad is. I don't know much about cars, but am VERY interested in learning. Dad's going to help me with the car my grandpa gave me - a 1979 Pontiac Trans Am - and we hope to have it ready to go by the time I'm 16 (I'm 14 now). I know it isn't right for this forum, but it's the car I have. I'm learning off of the 2 trucks my dad has as well.

I like to draw - ALOT - and have drawings all over the house. I'm pretty good at drawing people, places, and things, but want to learn more about pinstriping. If I'm any good at it down the road, I might want to do it as a second income.

So, here I am! Don't hate me 'cause of my old man!!!

Sweet. I hope my girl will loose interest in Barbie and crawl under the hood of a car one day. --Super cool having multiple generations in one household with hot rod fever. I give your pops credit for raising you right if you think cool to hang out with dad at that age and work on something together. My interest in rods is bringing my dad back around to the garages, and i have a T-coupe i plan on building with him in the near future.

Keep with it, there can never be too many skilled pinstipers!!

Hey Girl, I know your dad.... GOOOBER!

Seriously, I'll donate a striping brush and a little bit of practice paint if you want it?

Let me know....
