hi everybody my name is jake, im 17 and live in california. i helped build my first car when i was 14, and later built another when i was 16. it's genetic, and i piecing together a 1923 drylakes look modified.

yeah no problem whatsoever. my T didnt have a whole lot of pictures during the build cuz we were burning oil for bonneville. we finished it in near 5 weeks for b-ville, took it off the trailer and lost the rear main. figures, right?

Oh man, VW's suck, their the worst car ever, blah blah blah..

Just kidding, I dig the V-dub. I like the color combo pretty classy. Did you pick the colors out yourself? It shows a lot of reserve for a young guy. At 17 I would have picked black and bright red, it would have woke the neighbors without even running.

Very nice work on both cars. Welcome aboard!

hahaha thanks.

i picked the colors out but out of complete coincidence it was the correct green for my year. i didnt do my history and went for a tad bit greener than the nasty yellow it was, and suprise, suprise.

oh and im working on the whole waking up the neighbors part. give it time. theres a stinger and header in my living room...
