posting a bio pic

how on earth do you post your bio picture? how do you get anything under 1kb? especially those guys with moving animation. i just want to put up a simple b&w pic that is only 70x80 pixels or something. help...please.

it's only limited if you are posting to the HAMB from your computer... if you post a url from your own webpage there is no limit...just a limit on size - 80X80.... so you can up the resolution or animate...
