235 motor stinks

ive got a 235 inline in my wagon and its puttin out all kind of fumes..so bad that i stink like it after im out of it. wife does not like this. where to start..figure its prob. seals/gaskets..but where to start..

its comming in from your draft tube u prob need valve seals

The exhaust could be rich. Lean it out, make sure your carb is nice n tight against the intake. Check around the engine for oil leaks.

Might get expensive...but pour some perfume into the gas tank and crank case!

If you smell like it it should be one of these two scenarios.....flooding /loading up condition and or bad exhaust sytem or excessive blowby and holes in floor....either way watch out for exphixiation as it is easy to be overcome by fumes without realizing the seriousness of the situation.....
