Well just returned to my little Island from a Cold but enjoyable weekend in Deburt N.S.For the past 25 years Deburt has been putting off a show and shine with a swap meet,Final I got the chance to fly over and see what was it was all about.I was amazed at the turnout of cars and venders with a weekend full of showers and cold wind.I figure between 4 to 500 cars show up even in the bad weather. All in all I had a great time and meet a few new friends.I took over a 100 pics and these are just a few.

I fell in love with this Ford.Well build and build old school. The red and white interior done it for me.

When I seen the back with the big ass pipes I figure this dud must be nuts!

Some big ass flameflower set up on the back of this rig.Couldn`t find the owner and was wonder what kind a fuel he was running throught the lines. These pipes must of been 5 or 6 inch on the round.

Lots of projects to be seen.I think this was the best deal that I see.He was asking 4 grand Canadian for it and I met up with him Sat night and from talking to him I figure $2500 to $3000 he would let it go for.Solid car

There was a few late 40`s to late 50`s truck there.pricing from 4500 to 6000.This one was around 5 I think.A bit price for me.

Now this guy selling these three was way out there. The Buick on the front of the trailer which was as ruff as a bag of nail was going for the low low price of $16000??Yes it was a neet project but way over priced

All in all I had a great time and I am making plans to return to the show next year.

Now that's what I like about Kanadians..., Neither Rain, Sleet, or Snow would deter them from a car show...!!! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Just strap on the tire chains and head out to the show. Hell you don't even need a cooler for the beer..., just take one out of the trunk!! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Thanks for sharing. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
