A tool for pulling the countersink into body gage sheet metal. Shown is a phillips flathead 3/8-16 machine screw, but a flathead allen works much better and is what I’m using now. Use a regular black oxide allen bolt & nut, stainless works, but quickly galls which creates quite a bit of friction.
The hole is countersunk with a standard 82 degree countersink.
One real advantage with this tool is a backup for an anvil is not required. It works with either the spring loaded captured Dzus button shown or the loose style.
The first photo shows the required components.
