It’s occurred to me I’ve neglected to introduce myself. Well my name is Jason Lewis. I’m a native-born Texan. Married with one little hellion and live in the Austin, Texas area.

Unfortunately, I have no car, no fab skills, no ‘real’ tools, and no knowledge...yet.

At this stage I guess most would call me a wannabe. Which is fine I understand. However, I’m not looking to use my checkbook to buy friends or some billet bleeding mid-life crisis prescription. I’m not into soccer leagues, keeping up with the Dell-izens next door (Austinites will know what I’m talking about), or being the suburbanite who’s most worried about keeping a weed-free lawn.

What I do have is a very good work ethic, blue-collar blood, a healthy respect for the HAMB & its knowledgeable members, and desire to have a traditional rod own me.

So I’ll keep my dumb questions to a minimum. Pay attention to the TECHs. Respect the wise. And pay my dues on the road to enlightenment.

Thanks.

Plenty of good neighbors all around you if you decide on a project I'm sure you'll get a lot of help!

BUT STAY AWAY FROM THE KONTINENTALS OTHERWISE YOU'LL START SLICKING YOUR HAIR BACK AND DRINKING SHINERS AT THE CLUB...!!! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif (God I miss that place...! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif)

Wanna be owned by a Rod. You've come to the right place.
Don't worry about not having anything today, I've been with and without. Too many projects and no ride is as bad as no project.
Anyway long story short,
Welcome from the PknBner http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

that's beautiful boss!"

in case you haven't seen this yet, it's pretty funny,
you can play with the kustomizer while the movie loads..
