That might be cool. Then a person could use all the nice lowering parts that they sell for the minitruck crowd, eh?

Used a mid 70's [front steer] camaro under my kid's 50 club coupe after narrowing it 3". The skinny tires fit under ok but we hadda go with block hugger headers for clearance

Corvette C4 worked well on my 50 Merc...non-traditional wheels but you gotta love 13" rotors with dual piston caliper disk brakes... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

No, you'll have to cut it at the firewall.... or get the whole frame...
Track width... you won't have to narrow it like Rocky did to his Camaro!

Everything is removeable if you have enough sawzall blades!
Why not just run a later model frame? Not sure of the specifics, but Frank Palmer (Who Else?) in the Dallas area always uses 70's or early 80's GM frames. Gives you power everything with "minimal" effort. Im sure one of the Dallas folks can provide some specifics.
