Zero Rust question

Can body filler be used over Zero Rust? I know it can be used over DP 90.Should I DP over the Zero Rust then use filler or can it be applied right on top of Zero Rust? Should the Zero Rust be scuffed up before applying filler?

I don't like applying filler over stuff but I have some deep pitting in my wheel wells and I sanblasted them and I was kinda wanting to apply some zero rust just to make sure I stop all the rust in that area.

What do you guys suggest.

Yes body filler can be applied over zero rust. Seems like you can do anything with zero rust. Hell grab yourself a girl and do some body painting on her. But yeah body filler can be used over zero rust after the area is scuffed.

i've used zero rust before, just as quick paint job to get to a show... put what is it really for? filler? a primer? or to kill rust? any idea?
