"Hey, Joe! Look, another HEMI..."

That was the war cry, last weekend. My dad came up and we searched out (and bought) five complete HEMI engines.
What a blast!
Just like bein' a kid, again... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Here's the haul...

Yeah, my Dodge has a HEMI in it.

We got two parts engines, too, a mess of heads, crank... etc.
I grabbed this '34 sedan in a seperate deal, and we picked it up, along with the engines.
The touring backs came from another place, also, where I bought (not pictured) a Model-A frame with cowl, a Model-T tudor body, a Dodge Brother's cowl... and a huge pile of cowls, panels, doors, grille shells...
And... put somethin' down on a '28 Pontiac coupe (sport coupe style, with solid top doors and no roof) and a '30 Pontiac fordor. Both original, complete, and rolling on wood spokes.

Look at the cool curves on this one. It came with doors!

This one we stole from Al Capone... No shit!

Check out the bullet holes, and if you would have seen the cliff it was at the bottom of....

Here's a shot I like...

And these......are in another place.
Some of which, will soon be at MY place.

Dad thinks he can fix this one. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
"... if we could just get it two miles to the road."

I'm pretty sure we totaled more than 20 ticks, between the two of us... we were in some deeeeeep forest.... but what a great couple of weekends spent with dad.
Top it off with a ton of "loot" and it made for a bunch of great memories...
