I won't name names because I promised I wouldnt but this was too funny to let go.... I got a call this morning from a certain person(s) they were installing a Edelbrock 600 carb on a small block.simple enough right?? Well get this.. the phone conversation went like this..Man I put a Edelbrock 600 Carb on my engine and when I tried to start it up it just sputtered and locked up on me..hmm.. ok... So I went to the parts place and returned the carb I pulled all the plugs out and let all the fuel out of the cylinders because it filled them up and locked the engine up..Hmm..Ok..strange...I just got back and the new one is doing the same thing!! God damn Junk carbs! can you help me?? hmm I guess so.. I get there and right away notice the 3/8" fuel hose clamped on to the Vaccum port in the front of the carb!! Uh..?? Gee pal..could this be your problem??!!! hahahahahaha!!!!
