Now, go to IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com) and download it, it's free also.

When you open a pic with it...

Click on "image" in the menu

Click "resize/resample" in the drop-down menu.

Select a smaller size, I always use 640X480. It's a decent size and easier on those with dial-up and you will load to PhotoBucket faster.

Click "OK"

Then Click "File"

click "save as" in the drop-down.

Pick a name and save it as a JPEG, if it isn't already.

Then load your newly sized JPEG to photobucket and you know the rest.

Hope I didn't miss a step.

This should speed things up for you, give you a uniform pic size, and the world will be a better place.
