How in the world do I BTTT and post pictures I know that I am a newbe but please simplafly the proceedure or explain in laymens terms Ray

Lower left hand corner of the ad, see the Red tab says "Post reply".
Click it and you reply to your own ad.

As far as pictures go - use "Photo -bucket" and spend some time clicking through the "questions and answers" area of the HAMB.
There is about 20 "How did I post a picture" ?
Laymens terms - take the time to read the posts and experiment as there are lot of different systems to work with .
