Well living in the rust belt find something like this in the woods is like gold. All the years hunting around never dreamed of finding any good body parts worth talking about. Here is the remains of a 40 Ford ton and 1/2 truck body.Been hunting for parts for my old school project.Finding a set of doors and a back of a cab adds to all the other gear I have come to trip over.

38 Dodge front axle
38 Dodge 16 inch wheels
mid 60`s 8 3/4 dodge Rearend
early F100 frame
4 16 inch 6.00 tires(with white walls)
54 Dodge dash
38 Chevy Steering wheel and colume
model A rad shell
and now a rear cab and doors from a 40 Ford truck.

Can`t wate to see what I dream up with these parts.

Congrats Fitzee!
I KNOW how lucky you were to find that tin!
You going out poking around this weekend? I'm free this time! Hint, hint! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I haven't been idle either...picked up a 53-55 F100 axle with full brakes etc and a 9" Ford axle assembly with a 3.50 Traction-loc!
Real narrow...57" from flange to flange but has a post 66 hump back and fully braced, truck style center! I'd figure a Bronco BUT it has a small bolt circle. WEIRD.
Can't find a listing for such a beast anywhere. Doesn't appear to be narrowed either! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Paid $25.00 for the front axle and (finally!) got the 9"er in trade for an S10 4.11 posi axle! Excellent deals both.

Later!
Bill
