TRW camshaft specs (parts store guys???)

Does anyone here who works for a parts store have access to a TRW replacement camshaft catalog? I'm looking for camshaft timing specs for a 69-71 Ford 351W and an 84 Ford F150 302. Any help would be appreciated.

maybe just put the 283 cam in there? I mean , you obviously arent interested in performance since you bought a ford, so just use the boat load of junk parts you already have. kill two birds with one stone!!
