Picture under name

How do you post a picture under your name? I know its where you do your profile but how do you get it small enough to accept it?

Usually if you have a picture software it will have a feature to reduce size

I had to host mine somewhere else...like PhotoBucket or muchos.co.uk.

you mean like this? see a pic on line you like ,right clic "properties" paste in "URL to your picture" in your profile! uploading is the wrong way, you would have to make the pic to small. hope this helps.
