given your abilities, I think you could. I'd need clowns and Shriners.

define cool.

When you do, be sure and tell us, then ask again and we'll tell you then, once we know EXACTLY what cool really is.

That is funny.
I have the bed off one of those.
I am thinking about building it into a little Trailer, so I can try and sell it to a Street Rodder with more lawn chairs and coolers than he can fit in his car...
( Or keep it myself, and haul gravel with it.) http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

One wheelbarrow load at a time? Wont that be a lot of trips?

Put a huge chromed out 426 Hemi with two blowers and like 20 injection stacks in the bed

I tend to agree with this!
Given the popularity of minibikes and such down your way, I'd say you'd be the cat's ass if you customized one for the Roundup next year. It might even start a new craze.

When in doubt go with flat black primer and red wheels. At least it will be acceptable here until you come up with THE PLAN. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'm thinkin' the AA/FA look would be cool with a chrome dragster axle and some 17" spindle mounts out a couple of feet in front (ditch the single front wheel). Toss the rear fenders and bolt on a pair of Ansen sprints.

Hey Reggie here is my quick attempt of Kool.
Chop top, wide whites, slicks for the rear, sectioned bed, removed front fender,
lowered the seat, and moved motor to the back of bed to improve traction. Improve traction?
just trying to improve the performance.

Happy Trails,

Mick

No, they can not be made to look cool but it helps to remove the cab. I have one

That HAMB rendition is rad!

If you were to run the motor out back you could come up w/ some crazy exhaust header that snaked over the side of the bed and ran striaght back, then had a turnout at the very back so you could blow fumes into the passenger windows of cars http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Even better, gas injected flamethrower!

Finally, you could go the 60's route and flake and panel it w/ little Astros, skinny whites, a lot of chrome, and bags. That'd be killer too.

Try chopping the top until the windshield is as high as a Dollar bill is wide.
Then add some Milk Truck wheels,on the back,so the top of the tires will be higher than the roof.

Here's my try... moon caps with white letter tires, realistic chop, channeled the bed, white interior, pinstripes, and lake pipe stack(s). Why not? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Not cool, but useful. This was an ex-NYPD cart that lead the recent Gotham II rally rides in NYC.

First, Remove the cab. Then get some foriegn car wheels that are 13" and bolt on the rear. Next get a Cushman golf cart, you know, it has two front wheels. Combine the two Cushmans so you have four wheels. Make a faux Model T or Model A body, hood and front fenders. It is street legal. Corny?? Hey, you asked!
