View Full Version : Glad it aint LEAD, mudshot of the T.
If this was Lead, the car would weigh 3000 lbs and I would have a strange facial tic. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Most guys that look at this do not realize you need to skim the whole car and longboard it down. Looks like a lot of mud but it is mainly Glazecoat. I am not a pro but this thing is pretty smooth for a shitty $100 Touring. If the rain would quit and we would hit 60+ degrees I could prime the bitch.

Looking good man...! I didn't know you were building one of those!
Mark
Yeah, been building it for several years but scrapped all of it and started over about Janualry 2003. I will say the HAMB has helped me a bunch as well as a few good friends that made me a better builder. There are mistakes in it but it will look good and be fun.

I don't know dude, but it looks like it's got a lot of holes to fill up yet...

Kenny, I am actually going to build some stainless headers and try to muffle them enough to drive without exhaust under the car. If that project doesnt move along, I will get it running with stock manifolds dumping through the rear hole. W Motor Mayhem it is! Bethere!
TomH, missed you today with the raoster crowd http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif? Moe said I better get the Touring done so I can join ya'll. I am slinging hash at Gregs diner for the guys/gals tomorrow. See you in August, I will keep posting updates.
