My name is Kyle and I have been around cars all my life. When it comes to cars, I am not a purist. I don't have to run pre-1965 equipment in an old car to feel legitimate. I am not trying to create a picture of "the way it used to be" with my car. But what I try to do is take the pieces of the diffent eras of hot rodding and customizing that I like and make the car my own. If there is a better way to do it now than then, I will go with the more modern way. I like cars that you can get in and drive. They can cost million bucks but if you can't drive it, it's not worth that to me. I like muscle cars, some imports, some mini-trucks, hot rods, kustoms, and rat rods. Who am I kidding, I like 'em all, some more than others.

My wife likes to go to the shows and cruises with me, which is great. She puts up with a lot. I like to work on cars and pinstripe, hang out with my wife and doggie. We go to church and pay our taxes, but I have noticed that my wife doesn't like to go the speed limit. Hmmm...

I have a CarDomain site with a lot of pictures and my other cars, 1966 Mustang Fastback and 1966 VW Beetle.

And you can see some more pictures of cars and stripes in my photo album on mySpace.

Here is my 1949 Chevy Styline 2 door Sedan. It has a 350 with a 700r4. Nova front clip, power steering and brakes, air bags, and a good size stereo. And flame throwers of course.
