I built & finish my first 29 pick-up truck rat rod/land speed racer in 14 weeks
a 350 sbc tunnel ram 2 650s first race at maxton ran 120mph I had the wrong gears and carb jets but what a hoot. Hot Rod interview me took pixs as one person said it is good to see white walls go that fast again

Getting a title in NC is really simple, an inspector comes out to see that indeed there are no vin numbers takes the id #s of the engine, tranny & rear checks that they are not stolen asigns a number I get a bond that is 1 1/2 times the value, which you determine with receipts. the inspector comes back with stamped plate & watches you put them on then I can then title the car legal
