Well, let's see. I've been lurking around this site for almost a year now. I finally feel like I can join without making a complete idiot out of myself.
I've been involved in hot rodding since an early age. My Dad got in trouble for putting a Hotwheels car in my crib at the hospital when I was born. I got the passion early. I grew up in the shop with my Dad working on his '34 Vicky. He then built a '66 Ford Pickup. When I was about 9 my parents got a divorce, and due to some pretty crappy circumstances I got separated from my Dad and from hot rodding for about 15 years. Last Summer my Dad and I mended our relationship and now things are really going good.
We've been working on a '34 Ford Pickup. 5.5" chop, 3" channel, 5" extended. '62 Ford 406 BB w/ a 4 speed.

Anyhow, I'm glad to have found this site. It really brings me tons of inspiration. Thanks to all you real hot rodders for keeping the tradition alive.
