I'm needing one for the RPU. Who reproduces them & in what sizes? I'd prefer something smaller than stock.
Thanks, JH

Vintique makes a real nice stock size one that fits on a `40 column and are $250. juliano's makes a cut down one that fits a GM column that's expensive , i beleive around $800....So-cal had a cut down one in their catalog that fit's a `40 column and i think they are around $1000 and were made by the guy in arizona that made glass `36 three window bodies

A stock 40 wheel is 17in. Limeworks makes one that is 16" and in your price range. Give them a call...

Lime Works Speed Shop makes a 16" reproduction, for $295.

So what's so damned special about a steering wheel that costs as much as a Chevy crate engine? I love those $600 Grants with the gold electroplate and Phillippine mahogany too. I'll venture to guess it costs them less than 25 bucks a wheel to have them made in the Phillippines. Pretty good profit margin.

Thanks guys. I'm on Limeworks' waiting list. The shipment has been promised to arrive the week before the LA Roadster Show.
Smokin' Joe, I couldn't justify a $1000 steering wheel in my RPU but give me a custom shoebox or Crestliner and you can bet I'd have a $1000 Crestliner wheel on it.
Often times it is the little things that make a difference. Some just cost more than others.
