backspacing questioin

does anyone know if DODGE MAGNUM wheels (17" X 7", 5 LUG, 41/2" BOLT PATTERN.) would work on a 56 ford f100.
i'm not worried about bolt pattern because i can swap the rear axles and i have to buy rotors for the front IFS anyways. I am wondering if the +18mm backspacing will workin the wheel wells.
