Can I find out when a user was last on the HAMB?

As far as I know, you can't, although a moderator might have access to that information if it's something that's compiled for them.

The closest thing to this that I'm aware of that you can do is to use the Search feature, and search for messages posted by someone in particular. Their most-recent post will appear at the top of the list.
