Ebay Scammer

First time in all of my years dealing on ebay, I got ripped. Damn thing was this was for my project car. Sold off some model a spare parts stuff only to lose the money to a scammer. Goes like this: Late in March, sucessfully bid on a 1941 axle setup, seller is smittydad. Sent postal money order and for a month this guy has given every excuse known, yeah, including his elderly mothers brief hospital stay. Anyway, week 5 after he was sending it the next day for the fourth time and it doesnt arrive, he now states he doesnt have the tools to break it down ( and he's a mechanic). So ask for my money back, he agress, guess what, no money arrives, stopped responding to my e-mails. .Reported to ebay, going to notify the authorities after the weekend. Hambers beware.

240 plus 148 to ship. But, check this, just got an e-mail from the guy, stating that since I chose to accuse him of fraud, he decided it was best to send a registered money order and he found the time to do it today ( same day as posting fraud allegations). Hmmm, maybe this time it will arrive?

I am feeling like I am in the same situation, I bought a gas tank for the 28 off ebay, guy said he shipped it 4-19, gave me a usps tracking number, package is going to GA, I live in WV, was in contact with him, but said he is changing isp and wont have email for a week or so, so I called information, got his number, talked to him once, and now won't answer my calls. I am hoping he is just a dumbfuck, but I am starting to wonder. You're probably just like me, you don't want your money back, just the shit you bought. I am tired of driving mine in/out of the garage pouring gas in a pbr can wired to the frame to hold gas.....Goodluck
