Cool pics, Purple! It's quite a feast for the eyes. Who were the two guys caught flyin' down the highway in roadsters? Cool nostalgic dragster (and dragster chick), too.

I didn't know them, I just saw them in the rear view and waited till they passed. There were 4 of them. 2 red and 2 black. The first red one had the license plate RNC50TH, does that sound familiar? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The full fendered red roadster is Roy Brizio, that's the R&C Baskerville tribute car. The plain and simple little black hiboy with the peaked grilled shell was Sid Chaver's the upholsterer, the others I don't know. While not exactly your everyday DIY cars, they were fairly "traditional" in style and dispalyed some state-of-the art fabrication. Plus these guys drive their cars, alot. Do they belong at BP? I enjoyed checking 'em out, but I'm sure their appearance pissed off some folks. You might consider that these guys' presence at BP is an indication of their interest in what WE'RE doing.

I feel they belong because they are basically traditional style cars that are driven. If Brizio built, owns and drives that car, that fits the definition of BP to me. There are more cars there that were not built by current owner than you think.

That's all my pics, but other people took pics of the same car. Check the other BP pics posts.

Hey Purple, Nice meetin' ya at BP. Nice pics, I'll have to get mine posted soon. I took shots of all the models, so they'll be posted, too. Took your advice and just opened up a starblvd acct.

Yorgi, there was a car behind you? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif I guess the grub distracted me. There was a lot of cars that I was gonna get back to and didn't. Next time we'll move it to a good spot and do a bunch.
