hello everyone !
sorry to start in on this new registration with the stolen dragster wanted ad.
anyway.......... A reward is offered for the car that was stolen in 1962 (believe it or not).
this perticular car was in **drag news a number of times mostly shown at fontana. the name of the car was rosa,raitt and hiatt.
this car body was painted white with metallic blue frame rails, blown small block chevy on nitro, it had a chrome straight axel front end, the body was shaped like a chariot.
i have recently found a photo on the i net of this car, it has been painted red with black frame rails and a blown chrysler in it , the caption on the photo says: don allen, does anyone know a don allen ? the photo is at reno, nv.
i guess that is where the theifs ran the car in n. cal. because the true owner was always at the so. cal. drag strips. so i guess they didnt show there. i do have pics i want to post. this is an initial search listing, so it is all new to me . does anyone know the proper procedure for searching fo a lost digger?
i dont want to prosecute or anything like that...... but dam i would like to find the car if only to get pictures and maybe a return for $
