larry, I am trying to figure it all out.. I have to be in Long Beach Ca on Tuesday night thru Thur night for business.. I guess I could leave SC on Friday and drive up to PA, do the show on Sat and then leave early on Sun and put the pedal on the floor.. but three days does not give me any room if I have any problems.. and it would be a hard press drive (not that I have not done them before)...

Maybe a little Gumball Rally is needed...

So Larry, I see the show gets to decided where to park the cars, Is it the usually thing,,, I get put out in the back corner away from everyone else (that is how it happens around here,,)

Sorry man, Williams Grove races Friday night. Lincoln Speedway races on Saturday night. Might end up going there instead. I think it would be cool take some guys to the races that have never been there before. Something about a sprint car that sounds so sweet. Maybe we will try to arrange something.

I've been to a lot of tracks, but never Lincoln. I agree, Mikey. There's just something about 410 cubic inches making 800HP on alcohol in a 1,000lb car that's... sweet. See you there.

Lincoln is a fairly old track too. I think they started racing there in the early 50's. 1/4 mile bull ring. Makes for some good racing. Same guys that run the Grove on Fridays run Lincoln on Saturdays.

I'll be at the Showdown Saturday and hitting Lincoln Saturday night. They have 410 sprints 358 sprints and thundercars. Fast high banked track with a lot of action.

Big A our deal goes until 4:30, then the Old Timers will run the antique sprints and stockers until around 7:30 or so. Stevie, should be able to get your rig in. When you turn off of Rt.15 to get to the show, go right at the first stop and enter the camping area at the museum entrance. So far it looks like a slight chance of thunderstorms...though it dont matter! Cant rain anymore than last year and the grounds are already in better shape. I bet the track is muddy as hell after the rain we've had the past couple of days though! And the last couple weeks we've gotten some huge orders in the afternoon.
What sucks is I know if I don't go the phone won't ring, and no one will fax or email an order either.
But as tight as things are we can't take that chance.

It took 5 years to get 2 of our biggest customers. They wanted to be sure we were for real before they would buy from us.
They got tired of poor service and bullshit from the big guys.
With so many shops going to "just in time", they don't want their tooling there before the job. And they sure don't want it after the job starts!
