Hi guys.
Yep, another newbie from the UK. My name is Mel, and my current rod is a 32roadster. I've had a few cars in my time (not all rods). I've built an Anglia, 34 coupe, and my 32roadster. I've had a lot of fun in the past racing a 68 Dodge Coronet R/T and crewing with an AA/FA team here in the UK, now it's strictly Hotrods. I'm in my 49th year and still having fun with old cars.
I am building a steel 32tudor at the moment, the body was imported from CA a few years ago, it's in good shape, well....it is now...i've chopped it 3 1/4 inches! Plans include a tube front axle unsplit wishbones, drum brakes, not sure of which engine yet but want to install an original K-member so probably a flattie? and something i've always wanted, a quickchange rear axle.
I'll post some pictures soon.
I have to say that i have found this forum as invaluable source of information, so enough of lurking, i thought i had better register.
Hopefully some people will be able to help me with a few questions i may have about building my sedan or collecting parts.
Thanks
Mel
