Name a Tiki Bar O/T

Okay here's the deal I'm working on a project in my Restaurant Concepts class. My group is working up a Tiki bar and grill concept. Figure lots of rum drinks, PBR, and themed chow. Chicks in bikini tops and sarongs serving it up in a tiki/oceanic atmosphere.

I'm brain stoming names right now

And no I don't plan on doing this for real (not yet at least, you never know.)

=mike=, That's why I asked here! I know that many HAMBers are Tiki nuts. Thanks for the link to the Bali Hai. I'm stealing ideas and info from every Tiki joint I can take a look at. Believe it or not but that's what our prof told us to do. as there are no totally original ideas outthere. There isn't a tiki joint in Denver and was one of the reasons for us to go this route for our project.

the polynesian, it was a real bar in miami in 1983, it was for real, chicks in grass, guys twirling flaming battons, and kaya in the parking lot, i was 16, not a legal drinker, but i got shit faced on the rum and cocoanut,i can still taste it.
