anyone know if i can use these tires for my front tires? i like the tread pattern, and how low profile they are, but will they be able to handle the weight? thanks guys.

Motorcycle tires aren't designed for passenger car use, they'll deteriorate rapidly when forced to operate at a slip angle like on the front of a car.

Besides, the tread pattern is completely wrong for a whitewalled car. Get bias plies.

They'll wear in the middle really fast.

Trey,
Depends on what you want for a whitewall...Bias ply tires do not give the ride and handling of a radial...check out www.Cokertire.com (http://www.Cokertire.com) for both...or for radial whitewalls that are round and stay white forever, check out www.whitewallsplus.com...I (http://www.whitewallsplus.com...I) have them on my car (THE Stude) and would reccommend them highly!

id love to use a pair of bias ply, however, there is only one problem with that. they are a little too expensive for me. trying to do this cheap, and i dont have any used ones laying around...

The starting bid on those M/C tires is almost how much a pair of brand new Firestone / Coker biasplys would cost and they would last about 9 times longer and look WAY better than some new-wave tread patern . a set of 560 X 15's would give you the same low profile and ride ALOT better . not as mushy and washed out feeling as radials .

Well, for $145 a pair...I don't think I'd put my life on them at 70/75 mph plus!!! Save your money...buy NEW tires!

Trey buy bias, and drive the shit out of it, as far as the ride quality, more than half the ride here are based on looks alone and give a shitty ride anyhow, atleast you'll be riding on tires ment for you car, bias cost about 75 apiece. if you want on "on the cheap whitewalls" get pot-a-walls or white wall paint. besides those tires would look better on a bobber!

About two maybe three years ago The Riddler award winner at the Detroit Autorama had motorcycle tires on the front. It was one of those Bobby Alloway Speedstar type cars. I didn't think there was anything that could make one of those cars look worse, but the front tire choice proved me wrong
