Only THREE terminals??

Just a guess:

S = switch
B = battery
H = Hope it works!(Ha Ha 'Hot(to accessory)' most likely! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif)

Most relays have four...unless the case is a ground....

"H", "B" & "S" sounds like a horn relay.
If it is, I don't think it will work for a fan relay.

the bocsh (sp?) style relay is 4 prong......
#30- to 12v
#85- to either neg or pos (ground or ign)
#86- to either neg or pos (ground or ign)
#87- to component

#85/#86- 1 must be power and 1 must be ground, doesn't matter which one.
