Okay first, PhotoCredit to Talking Machine2000 for the original pic.
I decided to start playing with Ideas for the buick.Here's what I have so far.
Let's have it...Like it, Hate it.
What would you change?
For starters, probably blackwalls.

Anyone have pics of cars that were channeled (Like, eliminated the splash aprons?)and kept the front fenders?

I think the second photo is getting it there...looks like a bank robber's "getaway rod"...

...I'd run with that 'theme'...add some bullet holes (REAL ones!), scatter a few spent .45acp casings around the floor, drape a burlap bank sack onto the back seat, and maybe a spotlight and a few other items along those lines!

It'd give the car a ton of character...and make it FUN for you anytime you got pulled over and the cop spotted your "decorations" inside the car!

The car looks good, but I think you'll be wasting the drag star on it. it would look better in my roadster...

I've heard noises that the molds still exist.
Anyone know anything about that.
Someone tried to tell me they still made them but WEIAND doesn't show them anyplace.

I agree, it does look like a gangster's car.
Maybe this would explain the bullet holes.

Okay, I Took a little out of the quarters and shortened the doors. Moved front axle in front of radiator.
Any ideas on lowering parallel front leafs other than reversing the eyes. Might have to go qtr eliptic.
